No-Recipe Chickpea Salad | A Real-Life Method for Nourishing Days

Hello friends,

This salad carried me through several days away from home — made from what I had on hand, and somehow still became a comfort I didn’t expect.

It started with chickpeas and grew from there.

Some cucumber, a bit of red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and a spoonful of that muffuletta olive mix I keep around for moments like this. A little dressing — lemon, vinegar, olive oil, maybe a shake of whatever seasoning I could reach.

But here's the real point:
This isn’t a recipe. It’s a method.
It’s something you can repeat with whatever ingredients your fridge, pantry, or garden offers up.

No measurements. No stress.
Just a bowl of goodness that nourishes you on real-life days.

🥗 Ingredients I Used:

  • Cooked chickpeas (from dried, but canned works great too)
  • Chopped cucumber
  • Chopped red onion
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Muffuletta olive mix
  • Lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil (your favorite dressing works!)
  • Salt, pepper, herbs (optional)

🥄 How To Eat It:

  • Scooped with crackers
  • Stuffed into wraps
  • On top of salad greens
  • In a grain or Buddha bowl
  • Straight from the container with a spoon (yes, really)

May everything fall into place for you today. 🌿
